The Val G. Chronicles Deep Thought Moment: We have holidays to celebrate things that happened decades & centuries ago like Independance Day for example. That was a historic event, right? But why come (yes I said why come) something as historic as the very first time a human left this planet earth to go to the Moon is not celebrated? Isnt that something beyond phenomenal!? Why we have Independence Day, but dont have Moon/Space Day? I mean come on yall, did that really happen? And whether it really happened back then or not, the bottom line AND the most important point I am trying to make is: ... I would like another holiday added so I can have another day off from work. #SelfishReasons
