The Warrior Nation was saddened at the passing of George Salamy, a good friend, iconic merchant and faithful supporter of the Anadarko Warriors. Many athletes were patrons of Georges Dept Store, and loved visiting with him throughout the years. Mr. Salamy will be laid to rest in Memory Lane Cemetary, Anadarko, OK, on Sat. April 5. This video will be part of an upcoming documentary on the 2011 Warrior football team, however we wanted to share it with the world in honor of a wonderful person and friend, George Salamy.
