The aftermath of the Great Recession had been a boon for certain economists to predict, during the tepid recovery process, that commercial real estate would have crashed, paving its way for a double-dip in the market. On the heels of such identical predictions, one of the big to fail banks has come up with a survey result that shows, institutional investors will allocate 90% of their investable funds in equities during the current year...Those silly economists believed in their virtuoso right to predict and unless they did that, they thought, they would have been unworthy being economists.
