One, heavy weights are the best for building muscle and improving strength. If you can keep your strength gains going up while dieting and doing your cardio, you are in for one successful fat-loss outcome 😁 Here are two fat burning/fat loss exercise that you can try. Not only it burns calories fast, but it also targets all sorts muscles! How awesome is that? With these two exercise I incorporated a 20 second break in between them. Try doing these moves for 30 seconds then gradually increase your time! For the exercises I am using a 10 medicine ball :)
