The cold front which passed through the Twin Tiers earlier today continues to track to our southeast tonight with chilly temperatures along with some breaks in the overcast overnight. Temperatures will drop into the upper teens. Tomorrow will start off with some sunny breaks, but clouds will be on the increase through the day as a warm front lifts our way. Light snow will break out by late afternoon, which will become mixed with sleet and freezing rain during the evening. Warmer temperatures will slowly arrive overnight, changing the wintry mix over to rain showers by daybreak. Even though snow and ice accumulations will only average near an inch, be prepared for hazardous driving conditions for the evening commute. Spotty showers early Wednesday will give way to mainly dry conditions during the day with temperatures expected to warm into the mid 40s. A cold front will pass through Wednesday night with another shot of colder temperatures expected on Thursday. Under a mix of sun and clouds, well have highs in the mid 30s. Another system will lift out of the Tennessee Valley on Friday with increasing clouds and the chance for a shower. A few mixed rain and snow showers will linger into Saturday, otherwise expect a mainly dry weekend wtih temperatures in the low to mid 40s.
