The constitution cant be debated based on assumptions lol The opposition cadres are only concerned about 50 plus 1. There is more to it than just that. You celebrate the release of the draft but never even known the contents of the 1996 one better still the first draft released last year...its a pity that even law makers themselves have not understood the same laws they make and make amendments to. I wished we could debate the constitution with the involvement of the law makers.... cadres can only sing constitution....constitution ...without even knowing what is in that constitution...lol #HappyJubileeZambia
