The crowd. I was there in Binga. It was a spectacular launch of the manifesto by the MDC leader, Professor Welshman Ncube and his Team Zimbabwe. The BaTonga people are an enlightened lot despite what some sections of the media chose to write. Their only challenge is underdevelopment - a bi-product of centralization of everything. So to the BaTonga people; Devolution is their new Revolution. By the way, the choice of Binga as the venue to launch its manifesto by the MDC, is not by accident. It was by choice. A deliberate, calculated and informed decision. To make a very strong statement, that the MDC does not just talk, it walks the talk.
