The current Congress has to act and not wait for the new members to be sworn in. Politically and legally what happens down the road? Not letting the POTUS fly on vacation is not what I mean. IF they dont remove him, will I find a decree to move out of my home by the Party a year or so from now? Dont think I am being hysterical about the time. Things go down hill overnight. Otherwise people would have fled the Nazi and Communist firing squads in time.
