The day started of great with Jeremiah and Hannah going on the mountain biking trails...then Hannah got done and Jeremiah decided he wanted to go down one more time. Well that is when life turned upside down. Jeremiah crashed and injured his whole right side. He was going down the hill a little too fast and hit a bump in the trail and flipped over his handlebars and did a face plant. Lucky for him he was wearing a helmet. His arm and shoulder look like raw meat, his head has some injuries but not to serious. His helmet has a few dents. I gained a few more grey hairs but am very THANKFUL that Jeremiah Jensen is doing alright.
