The detention of humanitarian cargo for citizens of Donbasss was condemned by the UNO An assistant of the Director General of the UNO concerning human rights Ivan Shymonovich condemned attempts of hindering the transferring of the humanitarian load for Donbass. He said this in time of the press-conference in Ukrainian crisis media-center. It was reported by Zn.ua ‘Stoppage of humanitarian aid can be considered in some cases as violation of International Humanitarian Right. I had meeting with general-colonel in Mariupol who is responsible for the humanitarian aid for Donetsk. He assured me that he would do all possible to assist with humanitarian load delivery’, announced Shymonovich. The humanitarian load of Rinat Ahmetov was destined to civilians of Donbass, to disabled people of 12 groups, children, and retired people over 65 years, lone parents, families with many children, children-orphans and pregnant women. It was earlier reported that truck convoy with humanitarian aid was stopped by the battalion Dnepr-1 at the border with so-called ATO. Deputy of the battalion Valentin Manko explained that military aid for militias could be transferred in these trucks.
