The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. - James 5:16 Todays Thoughts: Easter, what a day!!! Godly Daniel prays and it seems forever before there’s an answer. At last an angel stands before him and recounts the struggle of battling his way from Heaven through the principalities and powers of the air—a fight so fierce mighty Michael, an archangel, had to reinforce him ( Daniel 10:10-14 10 But then a hand touched me and roused me to my hands and knees. 11 He said to me, “Daniel, greatly beloved, pay attention to the words that I am going to speak to you. Stand on your feet, for I have now been sent to you.” So while he was speaking this word to me, I stood up trembling. 12 He said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words have been heard, and I have come because of your words. 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia opposed me twenty-one days. So Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, and I left him there with the prince of the kingdom of Persia,[a] 14 and have come to help you understand what is to happen to your people at the end of days. For there is a further vision for those days.”) This is not the state of prayer today. Jesus has plowed a hole right through the dominion of the demonic, and every time we pray, our prayers follow the trail He has blazed right to the Throne of GOD!!!!!! 1 John 4:4 Little children, you are from God, and have conquered them; for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. Many things I dont understand and for sure cant explain but one thing I do know. He(JESUS) is risen !!!!!! Mark 16:6 And he said to them, Do not be amazed; you are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen; He is not here; behold, here is the place where they laid Him. GOD is GOD !!!!!!!!! Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. May we share our risen LORD with someone today.
