Meet the Schulte family: Robert is a physician and surgeon, who found it difficult to sacrifice family time for exercise. Colleen, busy stay-at-home mom of three, had not been to the gym in 15 years. Both parents realized they needed to be in better shape, and were concerned that their teenage son, Nick, was heading towards a sedentary lifestyle.
