The government should draw answers and consider using old strong arm tactics of dealing with Alshabab. During the Shifta wars of the 60s the government employed strategies that worked e.g declaring state of emergency in the NFD ( Northern frontier districts),restriction of movement,communities/clan that fail to inform the state of unwanted elements should be considered as collaborators, creating camps Mantayass/fortified villages and anyone found outside the camps should be treated as enemy of state and therefore dealt with. Its time we treated this atrocities as acts of war and be decisive but if we keep on down grading the attacks things will get worse, lets borrow a leaf from Israelis a death of a citizen in the hands of the enemy the price will be ten fold.
