The homie Carmelo Ghunnzz Jr. asked: Peace my brotha. You ever thought of doing your own talk show. I can see that happening? 1st off Thank you for asking the question. 2nd for believing that I have what it takes to have my own talk show. Having a talk show is a different beast. Not only that, where the talk show would be seen, is another task. MC Serch of 3rd Bass tried to do one, more like a Maury style, (you fckd my brother) for CBS but it never got off the ground. Queen Latifah did hers, twice. Interview celebrities but they both have gotten cancelled. The reality that I accept is that, I never went Platinum light either of those artist and my network is seriously a dot in comparison to those icons. Another thing is that I look like me. George Lopez looks like me but he was on a hit show and also had a talk show that was axed, as well. I try to share as much as I do with my LEFT UNATTENDED show but Ive received little support outside of my network. I included Hip Hop acts but those artist didnt really engage their fans to watch the episode. Then I went left and go an Australian pop star and actress from a show and a upcoming female pop star from Cali. The crazy thing is... They didnt know who D-Stroy was but they shared it, posted it, tweeted it and really stood behind it. Why? Because most dudes in hip hop are prideful and dont want no one shining on their shine or just dont understand the power of a post. More importantly you cant do anything without the peoples support. By support, i mean Shares, Comments and Likes. When it comes to me and the lil 5 minute web-series Left Unattended Im faced with challenges. And thats on the web, Free to watch, Whenever you want to watch it. But I learn in the process, we learned to write differently. Change jokes, format, relevancy to what were talking about and the type of artist that get on the show. Man its a grind. So a talk show would be cool but I dont even have a radio show and the one I was a co-host on which didnt pay me for anything, I just pulled out of it, because Q-Unique told me Steer away from those that dont believe in you. So I keep moving on Arsonists boxset deal, more funny videos like the 99cent one (that got 240,000 views). But Ill hope to get some more roles in comedy to raise awareness of who I am. Also I have to say this. I deal with a lot of trying things in this business but Im working on starting a podcast to keep me practicing and im hosting at the SuperBowl and the NBA All-Star game. So it cant be all that bad, its NFL and NBA, Im good. But the peoples support is so real, if I dont have that. I have nothing. The work continues. idstroy
