The human brain, what is its main function? Survival of the human being. Well mine kicked into overdrive the last 6 weeks. It was controlling my every action. Where in most cases this is definitely a good thing, but for this situation I reacted horribly. Allowing my brain to control my emotions has cost me a lot. Not financially, but SPIRTUALLY! I filled up with pride and this removed all humility from me. As you know a man full of pride has no room for God. When God is absent things can go from bad to worse real quick. But thank God; God did not abandon me in my time of need. He just gave me a little stumbling room by allowing me to chose my own way (free will). Gods love is so wonderful, and His word is so soothing when He speaks. All I could here from Him was what Jesus said to His disciples in Luke 6:41-42 Why do you see the speck that is in your brothers eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye, when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck that is in your brothers eye. My soul has healed by the grace of God and I humbly ask all of whom have listened to me rant and rave these past couple of weeks. Forgive me for sinning against you by acting like a fool.
