The longer our defense is a spirit of offense, the farther away from the Heart and Mind of God we will be! I pray that we get the severity of Satans Bait, Hook, Chain, and Bondage that comes through a spirit of offense. Offense will stunt spiritual growth every time! It will divide, separate, isolate, and contaminate our hearts from Gods Purpose, Vision, and Destiny of Greatness for us! Offense chokes RELATIONSHIP, Intimacy, and Spiritual Maturity! Offense deceives us into thinking that we are entitled to be offended! That is a LIE!!! Usually offense comes in, because someone disagrees with us or our ways... So, it really begins in our thought process and applying the WORD of GOD to our LIVES!! II Corinthians 10:5 tells us to take EVERY thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, are the playground for OFFENSE!! Proverbs 17:9 (AMP) He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love, but he who repeats or harps on a matter separates even close friends.
