The more diversity in the learning plan, the more the child will learn. Like a muscle, the brain can be exercised. You cant go in and do bis, tris and chest all day every day and neglect the other 95% of your muscle isolation potential. In the end, you will not be avery fit human being. Our education system, is no different. Bis and Chest, all day every day...and its useless in practical life. You need to work on spatial awareness more, less on repetitive drilling. More critical thinking, less structure.
