The new inclusion of nature in the constitution was tested in 2008 with crap & garbage was being dumped into a river, destroying & altering its course & more...the province still has not cleaned it up completely from 2008/2009. The first judge, not understanding the new laws threw it out that very day & they lost. An appeal remade & done, they won their case the mother nature rights laws stood. The clean up is spotty but the continued destruction of it, has stopped. Bolivia.
