The news in the last week has revealed the absolutely failure of the local authority and its workers in Rotherham to safe guard children that it had taken into care over a period of sixteen year with many of them being aware of what was going. My fear is that this is only the tip of the iceberg as the attitude they showed happens throughout the rest of the UK with the law being ignored over the questioning of children by social workers and police in safeguarding children units.
