The number given to me was 11! Holly Cow! If you like this I will assign you a number as was done to me by Jerri Smith Bell 1) I have no siblings, raised solely by my mother, my father died when my mom was 6 months pregnant, no grandparents alive at my birth. 2) My mother is the bravest person I know. She immigrated to the US from France after the devastation of war on her country, on a ship alone in 1965.She knew no one here in the states, as a result of her raising me alone since my father died, French was my first and primary language until I went to kindergarten. Those hicks in Red Bluff had never seen a French person so I was teased and called French Fry and French toast and had to take speech classes in school. 3) My first job was at 14 at Burger King. at age 17 I was working at KFC and someone came in and asked if I wanted to buy a FHA home. I said yes, lied by 1 year on my DOB on on my application, and got the house. Partially because I had previously lied and had a Wards credit card. ( I know, I was in trouble from the start.) 4) I was constantly obsessed from my early teens to find and be loved by a man. It lead me to do many stupid things. I realize now that it was from the lack of my biological fathers presence and love, and not at all realizing that I had a heavenly father who loved me very much. 5) When I was 14, I went to a party and found my step dad and forced my mom to go out with him because I lied and said he was coming over and I didnt have his number. I did this because all my mom had was me and I wanted to go experience life and her focus to be elsewhere. I ended up benefiting, he is a great dad to me and only grandpa to my children. 6) I was a professional horse trainer and trick rider until I graduated nursing school at age 23. I have been a nurse for 23 years, last 12 years in ICU. 7) I was married 2 years later and went to France 2 years after that to meet my family. As I had hoped and planned, I came back with a little package, my first child Mariah Smith was made in France then reared in America. After that, I had a child every 2 years needed or not. First, Austin Smith, then Madison Smith. BTW, I got girl, boy, girl just as I asked God for. Raising them was tough but they all turned out awesome and loving God, way smarter than I was at their age. 8) I seriously should be dead for all the stupid things I did when I was young, my old facebook friends are shaking their head in agreement right now........ 9) I accepted Jesus and finally filled that hole in my heart at the ripe old age 33, I know now he was protecting me from my bad choices and patiently waiting for me to get a clue. I am mad no one bothered to tell me sooner. But that makes me who I am today, and I judge no one and have passion in my heart to show others his love, forgiveness and a better way. 10) Sadly, I divorced the father to my children, but we serve a good of forgiveness and awesome new beginnings. I met Brian White on match. thanks to my best friend Ronnie-Larbear Searcy. I was very sad at being divorced and asked God for a kind, considerate , loving Christian man with 2 boys and a girl like me and tall dark and handsome in stature. Does God rock or what!! I have the most awesome step children Gina White, Marissa White, and Collette Alger. I love them as my own. 11) Since we married , my prince has been right by my side through raising our 6 children and life I threw a few curve balls at us with my breast cancer, mastectomy and chemo 2 years into our marriage, followed by 3 abdominal surgeries, back surgery with fusion and a cage, shoulder surgery, bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and lastly a hip fracture needing hip replacement. And he has had a neck surgery that has not went well and been very difficult. But through it all, our God is great! We have a new precious grandson, I have lost 35lbs. recently and am in better physical condition than ever in my life. I just landed my dream job despite having a broken and destroyed hip. Never let your circumstances define you! You were created by God for a purpose, but until you find him, you wont find your true purpose or be loved the way he designed you to be. Always remember you can always talk to me about how to get God into your life:)
