The one thing I dont do is posture like I have all the answers, some days Im ratched, or days sentimental and lovey dove, or days Im a man eater, and some days just a little girl. I allow all parts of me to take center stage, to be perfectly honest, its what keeps me sane. The conflict comes in when people try to correct me on a day when Im not confused, lol But above all else, I tell ALL my personalities that I have the last say before any action takes place, yet I know I would not be a complete being if I were angry, sad, or even happy all of the time. Let yourself breathe a little stop with the fing script already, stop with this oh thats my lower self ideology because its a part of you, you cant cut it out, so make it work for you, self acceptance means making peace with your ENTIRE BEING!
