The p d p said that art 370 of the constiution of india is one of the model of* self rule*which the state already enjoys.However,this orginal model of self rule was materially altered first in 1952and subsquently by various cönstitutional and legal actiöns. Describing the self rule proposal as different frm the demand of* N c* fr internal autönomy, the *P D Ps* advertisement points out the former idea was different frm *autonomy* in three respects(1)firstly the slogen of internal* autonomy*aims at restoring the position back to the one that exist at the time of arrest of (Shiekh Muhmmad Abdullah) in 1953 (2)secondly, the p d p has pointed out that the brief sketch of proposal given by *General Musharaf* would entail self rule not only kashmir but all three regions of the state.where as the slogan of internal autonomy would adress only the sentiments of the kashmir valley and a few areas out side it.(3)thirdly,the internal autonomy addresses only,and partially,the constitutional and administrative relationship between Delhi and Kashmir. ON the other hand the idea of self rule proposed by G Musharaf appears to be aimed at finding a solution to the kashmir problem without advocating the states accession with pakistan or diluting indias sovereignty.( Now let us see how the slogan of autonomy and self rule will become a reality how it will over take the demand of freedom frm Huriyath)
