The people at Entergy are a mess. ..Im in line paying my bill and the customer service agent asked the lady if she went to the concert last night. Before she could reply,The lady said that must be why you cant pay your bill. The customer in turns and tells her no I didnt go to the concert, my child just got out the hospital, shes fighting cancer and I havent been working before you knew it people went to giving her money and her bill was paid for the next 2 months. .tell my God isnt good..never judge a book by its cover.....
