The poison that glistens bright on the attack on Nehru is in fact - TopicsExpress

The poison that glistens bright on the attack on Nehru is in fact reserved for Gandhi. But the attackers leader has spoken a few kind words about Gandhi and hence Nehru becomes the surrogate victim. Nehru did commit mistakes, but his service to this Nation far outweighs them. In fact the irony is it is they that have benefitted most by his policies who are now the spewers of poison. Nehru, like his mentor Gandhi, continuously evolved. He asked questions and, until the end of his life, searched for answers. R K Karanjia in his book The Mind of Nehru ( of course, in view of our friends, Nehru being an idiot, the very idea of his having a mind is laughable) Karanjia says this: What you say raises the the visions of Mr Nehru in search of God in the evening of his life. Nehrus response: Yes, I have changed.. the old Hindu idea that there is a divine essence in the world, that every individual possesses something of it, and can develop it appeals to me. I am not sure there is a divine essence, but I respect Nehru for being so open and inquisitive till the very end. He may be an idiot, according to some of the great monopolists of universal wisdom, but I love this idiot. Please share this.
