The priceless Buddhist bell got stolen out of my mothers luggage at the airport (most likely LAX). It was insured but ANA was only able to give her so little for it, compared to what its worth. And now her trench coat she bought in Paris got stolen out of a box that was being shipped from Japan! Whoever did this cut out the bottom of the box, stuffed bunch of mails to fill the gap, and re sealed the box. Its gotta be an inside job? It was a surface mail so where do you think this took place? Does anybody know who we should report these incidents too? We only reported the first incident to ANA (All Nippon Airways) but should we report to TSA, LAX or police? We kept the mails that were stuffed in the box along with all other evidence from the second incident. I just Cant believe this shit happened twice in a row!! Please everyone, think twice about checking in/shipping/mailing Anything that is valuable to you!! This truly Fin SUX!!
