The reason why God doesnt want us to keep living in sin is because hes our daddy. And i dont know about you but when i was a kid, and i did something against my dads rules i got grounded. When you break a commandment of God he convicts you. He doesnt convict you so that you can be punished. He convicts you to protect you. Your dad or your mom grounded you so that you dont do something thats not good for you, because they know whats best for you and they want to protect you. And God bieng your daddy, does the same thing. He convicts you because he loves you and knows whats best for you so that you dont live your life in bondage and depression and shame. Now that i follow a God and not sinful lifestyle i am more free then i have ever been. Your Abba Father loves you and is protecting you so that you can live in freedom because HE KNOWS WHATS BEST FOR HIS CHILDREN :)
