The residents of North Lakes need to start complaining to the Tampa county commissioners for allowing New Heaven daycare to come in and trash out neighborhood. The noise from this place is unbearable and her house look like hell with all her little signs all over and her crap in the windows. Our deed restrictions say no businesses in the neighborhood. This woman does not even live in North Lakes. She lives in another neighborhood but got into the neighborhood by lying and saying she lived here. When I called childrens services they said you had to live in the house where you run your business. She then operated Illegally by opening up at 6:30 am instead of 7 am like she was approved. She then LIED and said she got here at 6:30 and did not open until 7 am. She lied right to code enforcement. She had her hours listed on her website at 6:30 am. I wonder why she didnt open up a daycare on Big Sur dr in Tampa where she lives?????? Probably because because her neighbors would not let her. I wonder if she is planning another halloween party on the county easement right on the busy corner of N lakeview dr and Sagebrush
