The seven conditions of our conscience by Pastor David. Conscience- your moral conpass, a reflection of your ability to critcially analyze and judge yourself. It is the conscience God uses the holy Spirit to convict us. Proverbs 4:23- Keep thy heart with all diligence; and out of it are the issues of life. 1 Corithians 11:31-For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judge. If we do dont judge ourselves, corrective and destruction judgements will take place in our lives. 1 Corithians 5:5. Proverbs 1:30-33-They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. How healthy is your conscience. 1) Good Conscience- to do the things that God wants you to do. Characteruzed by Action Acts 23:1 2) Blameless Conscience-Charactetized by not offending God or group of people. Acts 24:14-6, 1 Corithians 8:4-12. 3) Pure/Clear Conscience- when you wont compromise their conviction. 2 Timothy 1 4) Weak Conscience- To desires or need gor things more than we want the truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11: And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. Protect your conscience. 5) Defile Conscience: A result of having a weak conscience. This is where a person only see bad, and evil, main cause is unforgiveness. It could be that you can forgive yourself or a mistakes and or some one hurts you. You have become a prisoner. Every one is out to get you. You need to forgive the past. Titus 1:13-15 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith. 6) Evil concience- Greek Kakos, Kakia, inner malice, poison of no use for God. This is a result of not guarding oue comcience. Hebrews 10:19-22. 7) Seared or Marked Conscience- Marked with a branded iron, mark of the beast on their forehead, the way of thinking becomes beastly.1 Timonthy 4:1-2. Proverbs 9:1-2: Wisdom hath build her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars. Wisdom is the most intimate part of our relationship, application of Gods word in our lives. Knowledge is what we know about God, understanding is why, and wisdom is how we are applying what we know about God. Wisdom hath killed her beast, if you dont kill your beast, you will be marked by the beast. God is still working on us. Value your conscience, the Holy Spirit is a compass, let it direct your path.
