The simple truth.....no prep cooking=no weight loss. Not enough water=no weight loss. Gotta set yourself up for success! So get some containers, a glass (or Aladdin mason jar) to drink that water, and cook up that protein! Make better decisions and substitute for the healthier option where you can. If ya make life choices that lead to a gain of ten to fifteen of some of those pounds you already lost...dont cry about it. Get up, try again, and be nice to yourself...it gets easier!! Back to health and proper planning for me after about a two month (with a few exceptions) hiatus. Its all trial and error!
