The so called academics claim that creation is simply a religious teaching and not based on fact. Your article failed to mention the fact that every and I do mean every single time someone attempted to prove the Bible wrong they failed to do so and became believers themselves. I know of a study conducted by a group of scientists and mathemathicans who by the way did not believe in creation, set out to prove it wrong and to prove that everything we see in the observable universe just happened on its own without any divine intelligence and all life forms were a direct result of evolution. What were their findings? They concluded that the odds of everything we see and life coming about by evolution without any external intelligence to guide it was 1 by 10 to the 20000 power. In other words the observable universe as we know it including the earth and all the various life forms could never just happen to come into existence and all the vast life forms we have discovered on earth evolve without the presence of a divine intellegence All of this information is out there on the internet for anyone to study if they choose to do so. It is no secret. But you can bet your bottom dollar this kind of information will never make it into any school textbook, which is supposed to be accurate and truthful is it not? At least I wont have to answer for writing and approving such nonsense as evolution in our schools, but someone will and I would urge them to carefully consider what they are about to do.
