The spectacular athletes in this running group NEVER cease to amaze me. I spent half the morning volunteering at the 16 mile aid station, watching runners come through while waiting to pace Larisa and Carly. I also was able to see many of our Striders finishing their runs. We did think we lost Cindy, but found out when she finished at Clarks side (for their first 50K) that when she finished her 16 miler she didnt want Clark to go back out without her - so she joined him for another 14 mile loop. AMAZING!! Mark, Rob, and Eileen ran an amazing races, through humidity, rain, and thunder & lightning. Larisa and Carly were so beast on their second loop. I am happy to have paced such awesome athletes!! STRIDERS RULE!!
