The theme of this weekend is CHOICES. Every choice you make has an impact whether it is realized immediately or a few years down the road--every action has a reaction. This is true with what you do/dont eat, if you do/dont workout, if you share a smile or a rumor, and so much more. Were all flawed and there is no perfect story and yet we sit and judge others on our own preconceived notions of what their lives are like even though weve no real idea of whats going on. Things like fat people are fat because they eat junk; thin women have an easy life; scrawny men will never get the wonderful marriage; the average man is with a hot woman cuz he has money AND SO MUCH MORE CRAP. The truth is were all flawed. Many are insecure. Many more are hurting and are simply doing the best with what theyre able to give at the moment. SO MANY put on a good front to mask the pain that theyre experiencing and over achieve to compensate for abandonment they suffered as a child. I encourage you--give grace. Offer a gesture of acceptance rather than judgment. Share a smile. Give a hug. Lend an ear or a shoulder. Ask questions to learn more about whom youre judging to have more understanding and a higher level of acceptance. This criticism and judgment has to end and I encourage you to let it start with you. Beachbody has been AWESOME for me and helping me evolve into a better person and I am so thankful and blessed that Ive come as far as I have and look forward to continuing the journey.
