The things we do in our life, how we treat others ... much of that comes from how we were raised, what we were taught while we were growing up. Things I was taught, though I know dont always do, I am human after all, I do screw up, hourly. Sometimes by the minute. [It can happen all alone, by just thinking a bad thought, or over thinking a good one. Yes, thoughts count!] Now, this is probably going to irritate someone, cant please everyone, no matter what ... the goal I was taught, is that we are supposed to please God, follow Christ. [See? Ive already had someone say Im atheist, there is no God.] Thats ok, its your right to not believe. He still believes in you, He even loves you, too! You will find out, though too late. I feel sorry for you. Why doesnt He help our world, it is in crisis? That is mankinds job ... to go and replenish the earth. [That wasnt just about having children, it was our job to be caretakers of mankinds mother, Mother Earth. We dont own it, we only lease it from Him.] Why doesnt He help people in crisis? He does, every single day, just ask Him sincerely, and absolutely, through faith. [If you doubt Him, He wont help you.] Why isnt all of mankind, loving, caring, considerate, courteous and compassionate, if they were all made in His likeness? He made everything, including evil, it comes with having free will. Evil wears many faces, they proclaim to be Godly and Christlike, though they are NOT! [They teach as Gods commandments, the commandments of men.] Why doesnt he help the poor, the homeless and those less fortunate? He does, through His spirit, guiding Christians to obey the Golden Rule. It comes from the heart, as naturally as its beating. Its from being raised, knowing the loving embrace of His spirit, which moves people to have compassion for others, not stick their nose up in the air, being judgemental, acting like they are superior. [In His eyes, even to the least of us, we are all equal.] Why does He let bad things happen at all? Humm, if He keeps interrupting and intervening, how is it ever going to be time for the fulfillment of His gospel and the second coming of Christ? [Yes, I do realize I answered a question, with a question.] Because, He has to, by His design. Just love each other, help each other, be very giving of you heart, when Christ comes, you will be repaid in kind. Now, I am Christian, I will always say Merry Christmas. I dont care if its not politically correct. Why does that irritate someone who isnt? Its still a kindness. I dont care if they say to me, Happy ______ or Merry ________ [fill in blank with their religious belief], or Happy Holidays, if they have none. Isnt the point to show good will toward all? [Yes, His spirit has been poking at me to write something, again.]
