The traditional candy shop, candy is made made by using frozen honey. The person who was maiung them demonstrated how to make one as I observed he began by dunking the chunk of honey into flour then he began to pull around the honey into a sort of thin donut shape. After it was thin enough he started pulling and overlapping the honey strand. After a few times doing this. The honey which was supposedly frozen hard rock became thin fragile strands. Its like watching an old fashioned way to make cotton candy on an exception, they put in flavours inside the strands like almond, chocolate or green tea and wrap it like a cocoon and its ready to eat.
