The wise, intelligent men of this world are baffled when they learn that those few Christians who have read their books, reviewed their evidence, and listened to their reason still cling to the Holy Word of God. How can you still believe, they ask. Likewise the Christian heart mourns when the wise, intelligent men of this world have read their books, reviewed their evidence, and listened to their reason but still cling to their own wisdom. Added to this grief is when those in mankind stays its heart under this wisdom without the same search for themselves. The Christian asks, what more can I do God to point them to your Love, which is greater than the wisdom of men.
