The woman accused of causing a crash in October that injured herself and two others is facing six charges in the Klamath County Circuit Court. Amy Virginia Squires, 59, is accused of crashing into a vehicle carrying two people on Homedale Road in October of last year. Both the driver and the passenger of the other vehicle were seriously injured and the two cars were totaled. Arrested on a secret indictment Jan. 3, Squires was charged with second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless driving and DUII. She was held on a $50,000 bail bond at the Klamath County Jail until she was able to pay a 10 percent security deposit, according to court documents.
