The woman finally brought her back!! She came back bathed and missing her collar, she claimed she had no collar when she picked her up. Which we all know isnt true. She also said Shelby seemed under nourished and didnt think she was being fed properly. She said she came back to the co-op the next day and didnt see any signs up then right after her father had a bad heart attack and thats why she hasnt been able to do anything, but she was able to give her a grain free diet, that she was already on. A friend of hers texted her telling her someone is really missing the dog she picked up. Also her hair was freshly died a bright red and straightened, she had a little Pomeranian with her. Everything about it seems fishy but all I wanted was my baby back safe and sound, and she is!!!!! Thank you again everyone for posting/liking and sharing, Shelbys sleeping right next to my head as I write this!!!!!!
