The world has become a global village. Isnt time we started thinking along those lines? You get a company in the US with a Call centre in India. A company in SA with a manufacturing plant in China.... Its shocking though that we still prefer to confine ourselves in our small corners of the world. Could this be because we lack confidence in ourselves? We fear that risk simply because someone else may outcompete us? Theres no better time to explore the world than right now. Its time we stopped thinking of employment as being affiliated with a mining company next door. Time to spread those wings and soar.... At least lets prepare our kids for such a life and not inflict in them the same fear that continues to consume us.
