Therapy Center Administrative Assistant Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center - Chicago, IL FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center, LLC is a therapist-owned, pediatric therapy practice that provides physical, occupational, speech and developmental therapy services. We are a new clinic opening in October 2014 at 1739 N Elston Avenue. Our individual therapy services are supplemented by a variety of therapeutic play groups, clinics, wellness classes and support services for children and their families. Our goal is to be the leader in the Chicago land area in both providing therapy services for children as well as educating professionals and families in our specialty fields. The Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center is currently looking for a full time, experienced Customer Service / Administrative Assistant, who has excellent communication skills and would thrive working in a family centered facility. Experience with therapy billing services is preferred for this position. You must have excellent telephone skills, verbal communication, listening skills, professionalism, customer focus, and organizational abilities. The assistant should be a team player, who has the ability to multitask and stay organized while being highly energetic, personable, motivated and smart. Responsibilities include: Serves as first point of contact for new patient referrals Enthusiastically greets all patients and families who enter and assists in directing them Answer phones and communicate messages in a complete and accurate way Maintain and coordinate therapist’s schedules for new patient referrals Provide excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner Enters therapy billing for services rendered to multiple insurance companies Ensure all correspondence and documentation is filed accordingly Welcomes and collects payments as needed Notifies therapists of patient arrival Maintains patient confidentiality Verifies and processes insurance coverage and payments Benefits to employees of The Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center include: Excellent salaried compensation Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance Generous paid time off Opportunity to work in a dynamic, energetic and fun setting!
