(If not, it may be time to re-evaluate your priorities) :) This tabata workout (TABATA: 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds-1 minute between each exercise) requires NO EQUIPMENT and can be done ANYWHERE!! PLANK JUMP OVERS CURTSEY LUNGE WITH A SIDE KICK (alt legs each time) JUMP KNEE TUCKS (if you cant jump, run in place) PUSH UPS (start on toes & move to knees if you have to)
