There are many who toil silently in service to others. They are everywhere, invisible certainties in the world. The light switch always works, the waist basket is always empty, and the table is nicely set…..Linemen keep the lights on…. Janitors empty your waist basket….. Bus People clear and set the tables….. It is too easy in the hustle bustle of the world to forget how many people do so much in obscurity… 19 firefighters fought the dragon and this time the dragon won. There will be another crew to take their place and another crew after them. They too were invisible until they lost their battle. Honor them and honor them all.
