Joining Cazabella: Cazabella has a philosophy based on providing exotic and unique designer pieces of costume jewellery to woman of all ages at highly competitive prices without sacrificing quality and absolutely beautiful designs. With this in mind we believe that we provide you with a win-win situation against which all deals, opportunities, strategies and costing’s are measured. The concept is that with an all party wins strategy, success is almost guaranteed since the objectives are always common in a win-win strategy. The Cazabella model allows serious business owners who are inspired to own their own careers, futures and dreams to create a business model that will earn them generous income, often derived without any or with little effort. We are passionate about working as a team – teaching, sharing, co-operating and working together at all levels, which ties in very closely with the win-win philosophy as when one individual benefits so does the other provided the priority is to work as a team. We promote business success and independence whilst still committing to provide product, support, marketing and administration for your own business. We will give you all the tools, training and products to succeed in opening, owning and growing your own business and with that in mind we make sure that you know it’s your life and your success. Cazabella is a high-end range of costume jewellery, including bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings, watches and handbags. We make extensively use of Swarovski crystals in our high end line of costume jewellery. Double rhodium plating is utilized for all our silver coloured jewellery – its main use is to keep your jewellery shining by preventing tarnishing and at the same time preventing skin allergies. Other stones we use in our jewellery range are cubic zirconia’s, rhinestones , black onyx and mother of pearl. Our gold range uses 14ct gold plated jewellery. We launch a product catalogue once a year which is followed by special catalogues every six to eight weeks. The options available are 1. Vice President and 2. Ambassador: CAZABELLA 1. Cazabella Ambassador Ambassadors are sales individuals who wish to sell the Cazabella brand whether it is on a full or part time basis. An Ambassador agreement is completed by you and Cazabella. A payment of R375.00 is required in exchange for the conclusion of this agreement. The Ambassador receives catalogues, paperwork, ring sizer, Cazabella wrap and carry bag, invoice book, a pair of Cazabella earrings and a pen to assist them to commence with sales immediately. Cazabella Ambassadors are the front to Cazabella and interact directly with customers. It is recommended that Ambassadors build up their own stock holding even if it is for personal use. A minimum monthly target of R1 000.00 must be reached by each Ambassador and all Ambassadors earn 20% commission on their sales. Should an Ambassador wish to grow, we will look at sales over a three month period and may discuss the option as VP, as long as the person will be able to commit the rules and procedures set in place by Cazabella 2. Cazabella Vice President Vice presidents have the opportunity to become serious business owners – an agency agreement is signed between yourself and Cazabella. We provide full training and the vice president will then receive R10 000.00 worth of consignment stock from Head Office for 3 months – this is your probation period. Once this period is over, your limit will be determined by your 3 months average sales. The consignment stock is loaned out to you to make immediate sales. The stock still belongs to the Company and all items sold out of your consignment stock should be paid for as they are sold. An amount of roundabout R375.00 is payable when signing up – this will cover your first 5 Product catalogues, ring sizer, mirror, crystals, pop-up banner and Perspex sign. Vice presidents have a R5 000.00 target on a monthly basis and earns 20% commission on their sales. Stock take needs to be done at least once a month at the Johannesburg Regional office where all stock on hand as well as display equipment provided by the Company will be counted. The difference is due and payable within 48 hours after stock take has been done. It is imperative that weekly banking be done – if possible R1 000.00 per week. This only reflects that the VP is active in the market with our jewellery. Team meetings are held once a month with our Sales Director and we prefer that all reps in that area attends this meeting.
