There can be no official briefing to Rahul Gandhi as he is not part of the government or the security establishment ~ an anonymous intelligence service official #RagaGoesGaga - I dont understand what the RaGa-man is trying to achieve. Did he want to score brownie points with Muslims when he said Muzaffarnagar riot victims want to migrate to Pakistan, implying that ONLY muslims were the victims, and hindus had a gala time? Or, more dangerously, is he privy to reports from the intelligence services because Gandhi (okay, not because he lacks his own intelligence, all right? Lets get that joke out of the way...)? He has set a dangerous precedent - not being bound by the oath of secrecy, this man is as likely to laugh at the PM as he is likely to gurgle up some other classified information at an interview...
