There is a lot of energetic noise is going on on the planet right now. Here in Hawaii at least usually from about midnight until four or five in the morning it is very quiet on the whole planet and thats because were in the middle of the ocean so we are so far away from everybody in our time zone until we actually experience a time when everyone is asleep its kind of nice. For those people who have trouble sleeping anyway and it seems that there are a few because in my class there were people complaining about not being able to sleep ......I have used white noise generators to sleep in some of the most noisy disruptive and environments and achieved helalthy sleep so might I recommend a white noise generator heres a link about a study,on white noise sleepfoundation.org/sleep-news/the-sleep-environment
