There is an epidemic of pain clinics in this country. I know that some Have good intentions and try to help people addicted to opiates get over their addiction but the majority of them are not good. These addicted people pay 100 dollars a week to see the doctor and continue the suboxone they are now addicted to. The Doctor has no time limit or goal to get the patients off the suboxone. Of course why would they. If they take patients off the meds they lose 100 bucks a week. I have recently seen several employees that have been in these clinics for years. They make 280 dollars a week after taxes and pay 100 to these clinics. It is a shame of something should be done to regulate these clinics (legal drug dealers) much more. Make them accountable for not dropping dosages. They should have free visits if their program did No work after a determined amount of time. Thats my rant today. Thanks for reading.
