Everyone does things that they shouldnt. Its part of being human. that it hardly behooves any of us, to talk about the rest of us. The word behoove basically means benefit. So this is saying that it does not benefit anyone to talk about anyone else. We all do nice things and we all do mean things. No one is perfectly good or completely evil.
