Wannabe Managers Stop posting selfies of yourself and do your research..Disappointing to see that managers arent doing anything to help thier Artists!! Posting a gig date isnt cutting it..How many of yall New Artists even have a website? How many have a YouTube page? Do you know how to record and edit your own videos?(managers)Can you build a website?(thats extreme)? If you dont know how.. LEARN..I had to learn everything myself, if i didnt know how to do something I googled/YouTubed it..Strive to place your Artist Above everyone else..Keep it fresh, keep the fans updated constantly, interact with the fans,make them feel special..the only Person that I receive emails AND texts from is Luis who is in Jenne Madrids camp. She performs at big venues and by only using tracks..thats is hustling! Dont wait for those kinda gigs to come to you if you are a MANAGER the least that you do is send out some emails. Its sad how things are looking. Artists if you are SMART, find the right person..not just any friend or relative..Its your future, find someone that will work for you and only you...they must have your best interest on the brain all while they eat,sleep,shit..first thing on their mind when they wake up and last before sleeping..THATS DEDICATION...No, I am not for HIRE..Lol...but you can call for free.discussions etc.etc
