These are my people! I try to explain why I have a storage unit that has my whole life in it, but I dont think people really understand. Im not a hoarder of frivolous things, but there are things that represent certain places, times, people, and experiences that I am often not reminded of unless I catch a glimpse of an object from those moments. When I walk into an old house, I think of those who lived there once. When I see an old car, I wonder the places its been. When I visit abandoned places, I wonder about the life it saw. For me, objects hold life energy, good and bad. On the other hand, I do so envy those who can let everything go and constantly reinvent themselves. Have a listen. The stories are really sweet.
