These are the terms & condition & a must read for anyone entering the main big prize giveaway (fishing day trip. Which was posted at 9:00pm The rules that need to be followed. 1) The photos & video’s must be owned by you, there is little way of proving this sometimes so the honestly policy will be in effect so please keep it fair for everyone. 2) No foul language will be accepted. 3) The winner of the main giveaway prize of the days fishing trip must not give the prize away to a friend, family member or simply sell the privilege. Only the winner can accept the prize and negotiations can be made within reason if a date cannot be agreed upon in January/February 2013. If negotiations fail the person with the 2nd most likes in the vote will get an opportunity to take the prize at a later date which will once again be negotiated. 5) The two major prize winners will be treated to a day of fishing in my boat as a guest and not as a paid customer of any professional guided business or entity. 4) The two major prize winners will receive a copy of the video footage from their catch on (on dvd form). The video footage rights will be reserved to me (Roman Dicovski) but will not be used in a dvd production unless consulted with the parties that are on film. The fish photo rights will be reserved to whoever is holding the fish in the picture after the fish capture. This is regardless if the photo came from my stills (SLR) camera, so simply if you catch the fish you have the rights to the photo if you are indeed holding the fish.
