They felt threatened and killed this man because he simply owned a fire arm? For those who dont want to read the whole story, heres a quick summary: Man and wife - 2 teenage children. Wife decides to leave husband. Husband throws wifes belongings in yard. Wife calls police informing them they are having a disbute, she will be leaving and that Husband owns a firearm (NOT that he was planning to use it, had it with him in a threatening manner or anything of the sort, the firearm never touched his hands during the entire incident.) Police show up wanting the Husband to come out of the home. Husband refuses to come outside, wishing to be left alone considering his wife and children had just left him. The stubborn Husband kept his hands visible during the entire incident when he spoke to police through his screen door, simply requesting to be left alone. Police Drive armored truck up to his door with a SWAT team Husband, refusing to leave his home, retreats inside. A sniper then positions himself on the lawn. Police Shoot and Kill this man while his Father, and the grandfather of his children watches from the front lawn.
